Quality standards, grading, certification, auditing and inspection are crucial tools for the industry to communicate effectively and build trust.

OUR SERVICES

Big Tree grades both raw and processed cannabis and hemp material including all types of flower and extracts.

We provide a final score for the material using a standardized 100 point scale that factors in over 20 unique variables including material profile data, quality along with applicable testing and potency data.

Big Tree utilizes International Cannabis and Hemp Standards (ICHS) Fair Market Certification process to guide our grading, scoring and certification. Our inspectors stay up-to-date on these standards, processes and procedures.

Industry operators use the FMC grade as a common language to buy and sell material; moving product faster and making transactions easier for all parties whether the deals are local, across North America or international.

Consumers benefit from greater consistency of products and the efficiency permitted by the availability and application of the standards.

Certification

Once material has been graded and scored, Big Tree certifies each lot or batch utilizing International Cannabis and Hemp Standards (ICHS) Fair Market Certification (FMC) process.

The FMC Certificate of Grade provides operators a comprehensive set of data about the material including a final score, an estimated appraised value range, material profile data, applicable testing and potency data and an expiration date – in addition to other data.

Customers can then choose to list your graded and certified product on free third-party cannabis and hemp listing services accessed by hundreds of buyers and brokers in the legal market in which the material is available.
